Currently, all new accounts are installed with Sun's JDK 1.4. We have found it to be very fast and extremely stable - every page on the Servlets.Net website is generated on-the-fly by a servlet that combines content stored in a MySQL database into standard templates.

The Blackdown JDK 1.1.7, Blackdown 1.2, Sun's JDK 1.3 and Sun's JDK 1.2 are also available on Servlets.Net. More information is available at the Blackdown and Sun's websites.

We are also evaluating IBM's JDK and JIT. We have options for custom hosting on other platorms well. To learn about them, contact us at sales@servlets.net.
