Disk Space is the amount of data that is stored in your user area. Disk space is necessary for your site to have content that can be served to your site visitors. A certain amount of disk space is included with your Servlets.Net Package. Disk Space is used to store your site content, your servlets and servlet runner, your database, your log files, and so forth. Accounts with high disk space needs might have to pay extra for additional disk space. Disk Space is measured in units of megabytes per month. This service doesn't need to be purchased separately, since it comes with your account.
Disk Space charges are determined by a smooth curve - the more disk space you use, the cheaper the rate. Here's a sample chart of some points along that curve:

Customers with high disk space usage also have the option of adding blocks of disk space to their account. Each 100MB block costs $25/month. If you add blocks of disk space to your account and don't use that much disk space, you must still pay for the blocks.
