Recently we announced the upcoming availability of the PostgreSQL database as an option for our customers. Since then, we have been testing and re-testing every aspect of the integration on our servers in order to ensure that it will perform as expected with our other services and address all security issues. Some of the changes are complex, and only when we are satisfied with our testing will we bring it live.

We are working diligently to make this happen and are confident you will like what you see. We will alert you when PostgreSQL is ready and available. We greatly value your patience in this matter.

We also announced plans to bring you new and improved packages. These packages are dependent on the availability of PostgreSQL. The new packages will be released shortly after we make PostgreSQL available.
